  2. Receive an itemised quotation, or a contract if you wish to proceed

  3. Pay by either lump sum or instalments

  4. Money is invested at arms length

  5. John Allison/Monkhouse cannot access your money

  6. When the death occurs, John Allison/Monkhouse arranges everything

  7. John Allison/Monkhouse redeems the investment to pay for the funeral service
